Seminar on IMPACT OF GLOBALISATION IN INDIAN SOCIETY

In February, 2013 Janasamskriti conducted a one-day eminar on the above subject to evaluate the impact of globalization on Indian society.

Dr. Ultsa Patnaik, eminent economist, presented a paper on Critical overall review of the main features of globalization. Mr Swadesh Dev Roye, eminent trade union activist, presented the next paper on Globalisation and the working class. Mr P Rajeev, M.P presented the next paper on Globalisation and media. Gernder, Marriage and family relations was another paper presented by Prof. Rajni Palreewala. Mr Sadandnad Menon, a cultural activist, presented a paper on globalization and international; culture. Economist T Jayaraman presented the last paper on Globalisation and modernity.
